Walker Morris is delighted to announce that it has once again been shortlisted for the Intellectual Property Team of the Year award at the Yorkshire Legal Awards 2021. Having previously been announced as winners in 2019 and shortlisted in 2020.
The Yorkshire Legal Awards brings together the region’s legal community to recognise and celebrate its many achievements. Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on 7 October at New Dock Hall in Leeds.

The Team includes both solicitors and chartered trade mark and design attorneys, enabling Walker Morris to provide a complete service for all intellectual property matters, including the capture, commercialisation and protection of intellectual property.
Over the last year, the Walker Morris Intellectual Property Team has seen significant investment in the recruitment and development of its expertise and strength-in-depth. Following the appointment of Sakura Proctor as Chartered Trade Mark Attorney and Senior Associate, Matthew Lingard’s completion of Oxford University’s Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice, which he passed with Merit.
