Our Corporate team supported Solum Partners in their recent strategic partnership with Fountain Plants, a leading propagator of vegetable plants based in Lincolnshire, England.
Our team was led by the Head of Corporate Richard Naish and Corporate Partner Michael O’Halloran, with support from Corporate associates Ellie Foster and Anna Musk, as well as our other specialists from around the firm, including: Charlotte Anderson (Tax); Kendel Shepherd (Employment); and Adam Reed and Hannah Levy (Real Estate).
