Richard Naish recognised in The Lawyers Hot 100 list

The Lawyer’s Hot 100 list honours the most daring, innovative and creative lawyers from in-house, private practice and the Bar across the UK. The Hot 100 list is compiled following extensive research into candidates’ client work and contribution to their firms, companies and the wider legal profession.

Richard is praised for his “top-notch corporate advice” as well as his work across the food and drink sector, highlighting how he has “spent the last year closing deal after deal for the firm’s fast-moving consumer goods clientele“. His work includes winning new Finnish client, Paulig AB, on the acquisition of sauces manufacturer, Panesar Foods, as well as advising longstanding client, Abbeydale Food Group, on its sale to Irish-based Kepak Kirkham and advising US-based investor Solum Partners on its partnership with Fountain Plants.

The list also recognises Richard recently becoming Walker Morris’ new Head of Corporate and how he will be “looking to strengthen the firm’s existing ties to its key City referrers and enhance its reputation among privately owned companies“.
