As a provider of project management plugins for Jira, Jexo also helps teams to manage their workloads efficiently. The company’s growth has been significant since it was founded in 2018 by Florin Biro and Nikki Zavadska.

Appfire is the leading enterprise collaboration software provider that makes work flow any way teams want to work, from planning to product ideation, to product development, project delivery, and beyond. Appfire gives teams the best solutions to enhance, augment, connect, and extend platforms like Atlassian, Salesforce, Microsoft, and monday.com, enabling teams to thrive and do their best work together.

Walker Morris’ Richard Naish, Marianne McKeown and Charlotte Bontoft acted for Appfire for their legal requirements on this case. It’s been great to continue Walker Morris and Appfire’s professional relationship after acting as their legal team previously for their acquisitions of Snapbytes, Digital Toucan and some assets from Adaptavist.
