Walker Morris advises management and founders of SiPM on sale of SiPM to Levine Leichtman Capital Partners

Walker Morris acted for the founders and management of SiPM in connection with the sale of SiPM to Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP) and their reinvestment alongside LLCP.
SiPM is a leading e-learning solutions provider supplying corporations worldwide with training services for procurement, supply chain and sales professionals.
The Walker Morris team comprised Daniel O’Gorman and Jo Stephenson (corporate), Nicola Parkinson (tax) and Peter Considine (banking).
The sellers of SiPM were advised by Stibbe (Brussels office). Â NautaDutilh and Willkie Farr & Gallagher acted for LLCP.
