Walker Morris advised Swedish headquartered Sorb Industri AB, part of the Lifco Group, on its acquisition of Didsbury Engineering Co.Limited.
Didsbury Engineering is a global supplier of equipment for ground service and maintenance of aircrafts. Lifco’s model is to acquire and develop market-leading sustainable, niche businesses with the potential to deliver sustainable earnings growth and robust cash flows.
