Walker Morris advises Valeo Foods on the sale of Nimbus Foods

Specialist Food and Drink lawyers at Walker Morris have advised leading ambient food group, Valeo Foods, on the sale of Nimbus Foods Limited to Meadow Foods Limited, the UK’s leading supplier of dairy based ingredients.

Founded in 2010, Valeo Foods is one of Europe’s fastest growing consumer foods producers, with a portfolio of category leading brands, many of them iconic household names. Valeo Foods is a leader in sweet treats, health and wellness, baking and meal ingredients, out-of-home beverages and foodservice and has over 20 manufacturing facilities across Ireland, the UK and Continental Europe.
