Walker Morris have secured a session at the annual event, which will allow them to hold a discussion and position themselves as thought leaders in the industry to UKREiiF’s delegation of over 10,000 developers, investors, occupiers, and local authorities. This session follows on from our successful panel discussion last year which looked at the ‘Building Safety Act One Year On: Practical Answers to Ongoing Challenges‘.

Speaking of their involvement, Chris Woodthorpe, Real Estate Partner, said:

“UKREiiF is already a key annual national event in the development and finance sectors and we’re looking forward to, once again, supporting the event in 2024. During our thought leadership session, we will be sharing knowledge and expertise from ourselves and other key stakeholders in the real estate and finance sectors with UKREiiF delegates.”

Keith Griffiths, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of UKREiiF, said:

We are delighted to have Walker Morris as a speaker, once again, at our third annual UKREiiF event.

“Their expertise and knowledge will add great value to the conference, and we look forward to hearing their insights on the current and future state of the legal landscape in construction and real estate.”

Led by the UK’s leading property events company Built Environment Networking and supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the third annual UKREiiF event will be held in Leeds on 21-23 May 2024. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth, and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
