Walker Morris named as finalist in Private Equity Awards

The Private Equity Team at Walker Morris has been named as a finalist in the ‘Private Equity Regional Legal Adviser of the Year Award 2021’.
The 20th Private Equity awards recognise the best in European private equity and is one of the longest running such awards in Europe. Winners will be announced on 10 September 2021 at The Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
The Team has been recognised for its work over the last 12 months, recording a 130% year-on-year revenue growth, with an impressive 19 deals completed in the final quarter of 2020.
In particular the Team was highlighted for its work for private equity investor, Endless LLP, on their major platform investment of the £350m-turnover forestry and sawmilling business, BSW Timber Limited and it’s two subsequent acquisitions – SCA Wood UK’s Building and Supply Solutions division and Dick Brothers Forestry Limited in November 2020.
