Walker Morris voted as a top ten firm in RollonFriday's 'Firm of the Year' Survey

Employees rate Walker Morris as a top ten law firm for second consecutive year

Employees at Walker Morris have rated the firm as a top ten firm for the second consecutive year in RollonFriday’s annual ‘Firm of the Year’ Survey.

Over 5,000 people working at law firms across the UK rated their firm on a range of aspects including: pay, career development, management, work-life balance, culture, facilities and snacks.

Overall Walker Morris scored 77%, ranking the firm joint 10th equating to an ‘excellent’ ranking. Only 14 firms scored over 75%

Tracy Foley, Head of HR at Walker Morris, commented:

“We are delighted that our employees have given us a vote of confidence for the second consecutive year. We’ve invested significant resources into employee engagement in recent years, so it is particularly satisfying to see that our employees feel those investments are benefitting them.  Feedback from surveys helps us to keep moving forwards as an organisation and recognise what we are doing well and identify which areas we need to focus on for improvement. Ultimately, we believe happier employees help us to attract and retain the best talent, whilst at the same time making us more resilient and flexible as an organisation.”

Earlier this year Best Companies announced that Walker Morris had reaffirmed its 1 star ranking and increased its score by 10 points in the annual Best Companies feedback survey. Best Companies is the UK’s biggest employee engagement survey provider and is most widely known for researching the Sunday Times ‘best companies to work for’ lists.
