We guide our clients through the entire life cycle of a project, from structuring and funding, to strategic land issues, planning and managing construction, and project completion. But above all, we focus on finding commercial solutions to solve our clients’ concerns.
We know that the current climate can be tough for commercial developers who are facing a new and evolving set of challenges, but we can help. We advise on areas like sustainability, Net Zero, carbon, wider ESG objectives, the use of tech and data, as well as regulatory requirements. We have particular experience in the high growth sectors of BTR/PRS, student accommodation and logistics.
