Housebuilders– providing a full range of legal advice for housebuilder clients from planning, land acquisitions and sales, development and construction, regulatory and health and safety, employment and pensions law, corporate and commercial advice, as well as litigation & dispute resolution. Our service for residential developer clients also includes our dedicated Plot Sales Team who provide a seamless service throughout the lifespan of a development site from acquisition to disposal.

Affordable housing – advising on the acquisition, delivery, maintenance and management of affordable housing to a cross-sector client base which includes Homes England, local authorities, Registered Providers including Anchor Hanover, Hyde, Home Group and Clarion, developers  (including Caddick and Peel) and contractors such as Equans.

Retirement living – with over 30 years’ experience in the sector, we cover the full lifecycle of senior living assets, including: property acquisition/disposal, development and construction; estate and lease set up, including plot sales; portfolio management; and housing management, including enforcement of occupational agreements. We also provide complementary specialist services including employment, immigration, inquest and regulatory support.

Student accommodation – offering student accommodation developers, operators, investors, education institutions and lenders a comprehensive range of legal services. These services include: acquisition and development, finance solutions including debt finance and forward funded development schemes, commercial contracts and management agreements, public procurement advice for large schemes including OJEC and competitive dialogue and real estate litigation including enforcement and possession proceedings. We act for developers such as Unite and Global Student Accommodation.
