Meet Andrew's team
Andrew trained at Walker Morris and qualified in 2015 into the Real Estate Group. He has experience of dealing with a broad variety of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters and real estate finance. A recent highlight includes advising a leading provider of student accommodation in the UK on its £250 million refinancing of a portfolio of four London properties.
Andrew also advises clients in respect of real estate matters on a wide spectrum of corporate transactions, acting on both buy-side and sell-side.
