Ellis is an associate in our Planning team, who trained at Walker Morris and qualified in March 2025. She has experience in a host of planning and infrastructure related matters… Her understanding of the planning landscape and its alignment with government policy informs her approach to complex legal issues and client needs.

Ellis has a comprehensive skill set in planning law, supporting and working on matters on a range of issues for clients, including planning appeals, planning obligations, highway agreements, and general advisory work. She works with a variety of clients, including national and local housebuilders, developers, and organisations involved in residential schemes, student accommodation, commercial property, and large-scale infrastructure projects.

Ellis’ strengths lie in her personable approach and ability to provide practical and commercial legal advice while navigating the complexities of ever-changing planning policies. Her contribution to a broad range of client matters, showcases her ability to balance differing legal considerations with clients’ business objectives.
