Emma is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate Team. Emma works on general landlord and tenant issues, acquisitions and disposals as well as large-scale development projects. She acts for investors, developers, landlords and tenants – ranging from large corporations to smaller independent clients.

When asked what she finds most rewarding about her role, Emma says, “helping our clients to achieve their goals and playing a part in their journey to get there”. Emma likes to take a step back at the outset of a transaction, to think practically about the bigger picture before getting stuck in.

“I’m massively enthusiastic about the work I do and I enjoy getting to know the wider context of each transaction. I get on board with the client’s goals and will always push to achieve these within the given timeframe”.

Emma describes herself as “client focussed” and her approach is collaborative. She enjoys the variety of real estate work and that no two days are ever the same.
