Giulia specialises in all aspects of employment law. Her experience includes contentious employment law issues, all aspects of corporate transactions and a very broad spectrum of advisory employment issues. She regularly advises national and international businesses on strategic matters including senior executive exits, redundancies and TUPE scenarios.

Giulia’s clients include manufacturers and transport companies and she regularly works with big national and international names as well as small local businesses.

Describing her approach to client work as “straightforward, clear and commercial”, Giulia says, “I’m friendly and have a good in-depth knowledge of employment law which I aim to translate to clients so they have easily understandable advice”.

Giulia’s clients come to her for her ability to identify issues and provide practical and commercial solutions and her practical application of the law while effectively managing negotiations. She says, “I provide pragmatic and commercial advice and I nurture client relationships both old and new. I’m proud of becoming a trusted advisor on employment matters for a number of clients”.

Giulia is part of the Walker Morris International Trade Group and is also the Risk Representative for the Employment Team, ensuring the team’s compliance practices are in order.

Giulia has been involved in the Walker Morris mentoring scheme and trainee insight and assessment days. She also regularly participates in the trainee recruitment process.
