Jacob is an Associate in our Corporate team. He specialises in M&A transactions, restructurings, venture capital, and private equity, he also works on international transactions as well as working with various strategic clients.

Jacob acts for clients ranging in size and from a variety of industries. He always works to observe and understand his clients’ needs and applying them to a commercial setting.

Jacob has completed two client secondments at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and Asda, gaining valuable first hand experience in how two major businesses operate. He continuously applies this commercially focused mindset to better serve his clients.

Jacob attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, where he was commissioned as a reservist army office serving 6 years in total.

Deal highlights:

1. Jacob helped manage the due diligence process and played a key role in negotiating transaction documents for Endless’s sale of Menzies to InPost.
2. For Sorb’s acquisition of Ascot Signs, Jacob helped manage due diligence and steered the negotiation of transactional documents to facilitate the deal.
3. Jacob played a pivotal role in Vertical Supply Group’s acquisition of Tacklestore, helping manage due diligence and driving negotiations to completion.
