James is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team. He works across the full range of commercial disputes, with a particular specialism in contentious public procurement challenges and public law disputes, including Judicial Reviews. James has extensive experience providing advice on live claims alongside dealing with alternative dispute resolution, dispute avoidance and risk management support.

James’ work also includes assisting with contract negotiations / terminations, exit strategy and payments, together with supporting project management teams on the day to day management of large scale and long term agreements.

James’ clients vary from multi-national companies, through to government departments and smaller businesses.

James relishes the diverse nature of the work and clients in the litigation team and enjoys helping find solutions for clients. James takes a pragmatic approach to working with clients, working collaboratively to achieve clients’ goals as part of their wider business strategy.
