Meet John's team
John is a Director in our Real Estate team. He trained and qualified at a City firm, where he worked for 5 years before moving in house.
John acts for investors, developers, occupiers, and funders on lettings, acquisitions, disposals, asset management and financing matters across a range of asset classes. He has particular expertise in the office and flex-space sector, having worked in house as senior real estate counsel at WeWork, the global flexible office provider.
Describing himself as diligent but commercial, John is able to leverage his client-side experience to provide tailored advice. Getting to know his clients, understanding their drivers and the tangible nature of Real Estate are the aspects of the role John finds most rewarding. He is best known for remaining calm under pressure and working collaboratively in order to achieve clients’ objectives.
John studied History at King’s College London before returning to Yorkshire after 10 years working in London
