Jonny is an Associate in our Construction & Engineering team and specialises in both contentious and non-contentious construction work.

Jonny has experience on drafting and negotiating construction documents including professional team appointments, novation agreements and collateral warranties provided by contractors, sub-contractors and their respective consultants. He also has contentious experience including adjudications and general litigious matters.

Jonny’s clientele in this area remains diverse, having worked with healthcare providers and schools, to commercial property developers and football clubs.  

During Jonny’s secondment he gained knowledge from the energy sector as well as being involved in some innovative construction projects and technology.

At Walker Morris, Jonny prides himself on being proactive, and providing pragmatic and clear legal advice. He enjoys maintaining and developing relationships with clients and always strives to put his best foot forward to achieve their desired goal. 

Away from work, Jonny is a keen sportsman, and the transferrable skills he has developed through sport are utilised off the field to help him develop as a trusted advisor.
