Karl is head of our Housing Management & Litigation Team, advising social and private sector landlords, managing agents, retail lenders, fixed charge receivers and asset managers on all areas of residential landlord and tenant law.

Karl is recognised as an expert on Housing Law. He says, “my practice involves a great deal of client interaction. It’s that element of my work that I enjoy the most, along with the positive outcomes my team and I achieve on a daily basis”.

His approach to client work is to build a ‘trusted adviser’ relationship, so that his client’s see him as an integral part of their team, not just an external adviser.
