Kyle is an Associate in our Infrastructure & Energy team. He specialises in Real Estate matters within the sector.

Kyle typically advises on solar, battery storage, utilities, telecoms and mines and minerals as well as general estate management. Kyle also has extensive experience in providing Real Estate support for M&A, particularly in the energy, hospitality, dental and pharmacy sectors.

His clients come from an array of fields. Such clients range from individual landowners to larger developers and publicly listed companies. Kyle delivers clear communication to his clients by distilling complex legal issues into digestible, pragmatic advice.

He finds it rewarding working on projects that facilitate decarbonisation and the transition to net-zero. The work is complex, involves cutting-edge technology and is set against a shifting legal and regulatory framework. This is what motivates Kyle to work within the sector.

Kyle works closely with his clients to establish their motivators, drivers, and end-goals. He offers a personable approach and ensures he has a clear understanding of their bigger picture.

Kyle has been the chair of the York Junior Lawyers Division since 2020.
