Meet Laura's team
Laura is a Director in our Employment Team, known for her work advising employers in a variety of sectors. Her work includes a broad range of employment law issues, including senior hires and exits, grievances and disciplinary processes, TUPE, redundancies and reorganisation and harmonisation of terms and conditions.
Laura’s clients range from small start-ups through to large corporates and she also advises Senior Executives.
Building trusted relationships with her clients is the most rewarding part of the role for Laura and she sees this as a vital part of achieving the best outcomes.
Laura describes her approach to client work as “conscientious, caring and thorough” and her ability to quickly build a rapport with her clients and form strong relationships is highly valued.
Laura is part of the Walker Morris mentoring scheme.
