Laura is our Innovation Lead. She’s key in shaping our innovation strategy and drives innovative ideas across the firm. Laura focuses on empowering our lawyers and business service users to provide the best service to clients using innovative approaches and legal technology.

With over 15 years of experience in the legal industry, Laura practiced as an Employment lawyer for 10 years before moving into the innovation space, where she uses her expertise and determination to drive change.

Laura is passionate about finding different ways to achieve the end result. She uses a toolkit of people, processes, and technology to transform legal work, leading to the best outcomes for our clients. She’s focused on working hard to achieve success on complex matters.

Laura is key in promoting innovation initiatives across the firm and with clients. She works closely with key partners and leads the Innovation Champion group to further embed the culture of innovation across the firm.

Laura has always been passionate about the written word, building trusted relationships, and driving change. Her practice as an employment lawyer and as an innovation specialist combines these passions and strengths.
