Lauren is an Associate in our Employment & Business Immigration team. Her work predominantly focuses on three main areas: advisory work, corporate support and employment tribunal litigation.

Lauren provides corporate support on transactions in the form of employment law due diligence, to both the internal Walker Morris Corporate team and external clients. She works with employers, advising on various areas such as employee dismissals, grievances, disciplinary processes, settlement agreements, and drafting and negotiating employment contracts. Lauren works with both employers and individuals in relation to restrictive covenant advice.

Lauren takes her time to build rapport with her clients, which ensures a strong professional relationship. She likes to understand what the clients end goal is and says she aims to “reach and exceed their expectations.” Her working style is methodical, time and cost conscious with attention to detail. Lauren likes to combine past experience and colleague’s advice to ensure all areas are covered in a case and the best result is reached.
