Lorna likes nothing more than to see her clients pleased with the outcome she achieves for them and she describes her way of working as “proactive and diligent, with an unwavering ‘can do’ attitude”. She says, “I’m willing to work consistently hard so I can achieve the desired outcome for my clients and I’m tenacious in my approach to work”.
Lorna knows how important it is to be organised, to manage her work and transactions carefully and she always strives to balance her strong technical understanding of the law with the commercial needs of her clients.
Describing her working style as “team-orientated”, Lorna plays an active role within firm life, getting involved with the Graduate Recruitment process, supervising trainees and providing training for junior employment lawyers. Lorna also participates in the Walker Morris mentoring scheme.
