Micha is an Associate in our Commercial Team. With a strong business focus, and an in-house background, Micha’s work is focussed on a wide range of commercial contracts, from business as usual to strategic deals and transitional services agreements.

Typical clients for Micha include General Counsel/in-house legal and senior business contacts across a wide range of businesses, but in particular the food and drink industry, manufacturing, life sciences and logistics.

Micha finds it really rewarding to take something complex or difficult and reach agreement on it; simplifying it for the client and finding a solution that will help them achieve their strategic goals.

Asked to describe her approach to client work, Micha says, “I put myself in the shoes of my clients and think about their end goal, then work backwards from there”. Micha adapts her style to fit the needs of each client, and makes sure she has an understanding of their business realities as well as their legal situation. She also makes sure to call on the experience of others in the firm where necessary, to ensure all angles are covered.
