Oliver is a Senior Associate in our Banking & Finance and Restructuring & Insolvency teams. Oliver focuses on restructuring and insolvency work, with a broad practice encompassing all aspects of corporate insolvency. Spanning both non-contentious and contentious matters, Oliver’s work includes advising management in distressed situations, insolvent asset sales and purchases, debt restructuring and other corporate insolvency processes as well as fraud, asset tracing and recovery work.

Oliver enjoys problem solving, particularly when facing technical or other multi-faceted issues and he loves being able to work on a client’s matter from inception right through to conclusion.

Hard working, efficient and client-focussed, Oliver says, “I really enjoy being able to distil the complex field of insolvency law into practical terms and help clients achieve their commercial aims in the most straightforward way possible”.

A team player, Oliver works to support his wider team wherever possible and he tries to take a considered and balanced view of often high-pressure situations.
