Sarah is a Senior Associate in our Pensions Team, providing pensions advice to pension trustees and corporate entities on Pensions Law.

“A happy client with advice which helps them in their role”, is a hugely rewarding part of Sarah’s work and, she says, “I like to provide clients with solutions. Pensions can be complicated and technical and we are not always able to give clients the answers which they would ideally like, but if we can recognise their individual concerns and drivers, we can give them the best advice we can in the circumstances”.

Sarah believes in giving trustees pragmatic, sensible and readable advice to enable them to comply with their obligations and duties to members, while also recognising the commercial interests of the employer.  She understands that for employers, pensions are only one of the factors they need to take into account in the running of their business and she is mindful of this when giving advice.

A natural team player, Sarah enjoys working with other people, is good at seeing things from different points of view and she likes to find a solution that works.
