Will is a Partner in our Real Estate Team and acts for a wide variety of clients operating in the commercial property sector including investors, funds, developers and occupiers. With over 15 years’ experience Will says “what I enjoy most about my job is the variety of work that comes across my desk, each client is different and no two jobs are ever the same”.

Communication and consistency

Asked to describe his approach to client work, Will simply says “committed” and it’s clear that for him, the most rewarding part of the job is helping clients succeed and building long-term trusted relationships. “I strive to do this with all my clients, by working hard and consistently exceeding expectations”.

Managing client expectations can be challenging, but Will believes communication is absolutely key. “I enjoy working with people, both at Walker Morris and with clients.  I try to lead by example and when it comes to my clients, I make every effort to get to know them and understand their business”.

Will usually focuses on development, investment, landlord and tenant, and refinancing work, all of which play to his strengths, particularly in terms of a thorough and commercial approach.

Will read law at Durham University before training and working in London for almost ten years. He joined Walker Morris in 2013 and has been a Partner since 2017.
