• Advising on the terms of a specific grant or grant facility and how they fit into the relevant sports regulatory framework.
• Player transfer fee financings for football club, and fitting it within the club’s wider finance structure and regulatory obligations.

We also advise both sellers and buyers on all finance aspects of sports acquisitions, including overseas buyers purchasing UK sports clubs.
